Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery with a 20% restocking fee. Installed items are not refundable and would follow warranty process.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If cores have been returned, they will be surrendered to AdvanceDiesels.com and will not be returned to the customer or refunded in any way. We do not keep cores for more than 24 hours from return.
Warranty
AdvanceDiesels.com products carry a limited warranty to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will, at our sole discretion, repair or replace any components that fail due to defect of our materials or workmanship. Installed products will not be refunded. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion. Fuel injectors that have been identified to have fuel contamination, and/or any other damage will not be covered under warranty. We will not warranty any injectors that are not shipped back to our business for review. Any Labor charges, related or unrelated parts, and shipping charges are the purchasing customer's responsibility. Injectors or any parts must be sent in for review within 30 days of notifying AdvanceDiesels.com of request for warranty review.
Injector that have been disassembled in any way by the consumer or any 3rd party will not be covered under warranty.
Improper installation voids warranty.
If cores are not returned warranty is void as part of the purchase agreement.
Any Injector(s) returned and that are denied, the repair fee is the responsibility of the purchaser and will be quoted by NJD.
If the cores have not been returned, the injectors that have been denied can be counted as the cores if the customer chooses not to repair them. We will not release denied warranty injectors if the cores have not been returned.
If the customers purchase payment is voided or refunded in any way and cores have not been returned, full core charge of $200 for each injector is applied and the 30 day grace period does not apply.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
